is recruiting a Deputy Care Manager for our Ofsted-regulated service in Preston, supporting children with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and Emotional & Behavioural Needs.

This is your opportunity to help shape a safe, nurturing, and high-quality care environment, while leading a dedicated team and supporting the Care Manager in day-to-day operations.

Your Role as Deputy Care Manager:



Support the Care Manager in delivering a person-centred care service Lead and mentor a team of Support Workers Drive high standards in care planning, safeguarding, and behavioural support Help prepare for Ofsted inspections and ensure compliance Work closely with families, external agencies, and professionals Promote a safe, positive, and nurturing environment that supports development and independence

What We're Looking For:



Experience as a Deputy or Manager in an Ofsted-regulated setting Strong background in delivering person-centred care Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management - Residential Childcare (or working towards) A genuine passion for high-quality care and personal development Leadership skills to inspire and support your team
