About the Role:



Jubilee House is a busy and welcoming home, providing high-quality care for people needing nursing care and some who live with dementia. We're looking for a Deputy Manager who is not only experienced and organised but genuinely cares about making a difference every day.

You will work closely with the Registered Manager to lead and inspire our dedicated care team, ensuring residents receive compassionate and personalised support. You'll play a vital role in maintaining a safe, respectful, and homely environment, where wellbeing, independence and dignity are promoted at all times.

Responsibilities



Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home. Lead, coach, and supervise staff to ensure excellent care delivery. Help to ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards. Promote a person-centred culture where residents' needs and choices come first. Coordinate care planning and medication administration safely and effectively. Build strong, supportive relationships with families, residents, and colleagues.

Essential Requirements



Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Level 4 or 5 desirable, or willing to work towards). Leadership experience in a care home or dementia care setting. A good understanding of CQC requirements and care planning. Medication Management
