Job Description
You will report to the House Manager, supporting them in the delivery of a first-class clubhouse operation.
You will be responsible for helping the club enhance its reputation for exceptional service, and play a lead supporting role in maintaining a convivial atmosphere in the club. Never compromising on quality but exploiting all opportunities to improve our cost effectiveness.
40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (including weekends)
Principal Responsibilities
1. Supervising the bar & kitchen team
2. Opening & closing the clubhouse
3. Stock control
4. Cellar management
5. Preparation & service
6. Finance performance
7. Security
8. Health & safety
The person we are looking for will:
1. Be passionate about hospitality
2. Enjoy supervising and working as part of a team
3. Have good time management and organisational skills
4. Be confident using their own initiative and must be flexible willing to work a variety of shifts to suit the business needs
Qualifications
You could be qualified by experience or have one of the following:
Food/hygiene certificate
City and Guilds - Hospitality & Catering qualifications

The incumbent would be expected to work on a rota basis, with the rota including work on some weekends and bank holidays.
