The Role:




As a Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our carers and clients in their own homes, providing high-quality care and building strong relationships with clients, their families, and our team. You'll be supported by our experienced care management team to ensure your success and career growth.

Responsibilities:




Below is a list of the duties and responsibilities you may be asked to undertake as Deputy Care Manager:

To be the primary communicator between Clients and Carers Liaise and action all queries from Clients and Carers and with the multidisciplinary teams Ensure that all Carers have the information they need to facilitate their job roles To maintain your duties will primarily be to assist the Registered Branch Manager with the day-to-day operations, supporting other branches as required. Maintain Carers personnel files To attend Client reviews and make changes to Care Plans Attend New Client Meetings where needed and complete initial assessments and Care Plans To maintain all Client records on the CLL and create an office file To arrange and undertake regular supervision with Carers To arrange and attend regular Carers Staff meetings and organisational management meetings To attend any training courses as deemed beneficial to your job role To ensure all communications are logged in the appropriate communication records To participate in the Quality Assurance and Auditing process and action any concerns if needed. To assist with scheduling of visits in the absence of the Care Administrator/Coordinator To support the Registered Branch Manager in the interview and selection process for Carers To cover care calls in the absence of availability Whilst the above tasks are comprehensive they cannot be regarded as definitive To be part of the on-call team out of office hours
