Job Description
The Garden Nursery at Kingswood School is a vibrant, nurturing environment where children aged nine months to four years thrive. Set within the beautiful School grounds, it fosters curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.
Following the promotion of the current postholder, we are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join us from January 2026. You will support the Nursery Manager in the daily running of the nursery, lead by example, and step into leadership when required. Your role will include developing staff, ensuring consistency across rooms, engaging with parents, and maintaining the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
We are looking for an experienced early years professional with proven leadership skills who is organised, proactive, and passionate about inspiring both children and colleagues.
