We are seeking motivated, talented nursery management staff to be a part of our continued growth and success. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and cultivate in a beautiful brand-new setting in Southwest London opened last year.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Nursery Manager to promote the aims and objectives of the nursery and together be leaders in achieving outstanding childcare.
You will support in the overall day to day management of the nursery, including implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and all other legal/statutory frameworks.
Requirements:
Previous Deputy Management experience or experience as a room manager or team leader.
A strong positive role model and be able to motivate staff
A relevant childcare qualification, level 3 or above or equivalent
Track record of involvement in Ofsted Inspections
Strong knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage)
An excellent understanding of safeguarding / knowledge of child protection procedures
Good communication skills, approachable, confident, and caring with a passion for working with children
Excellent team player
The role is full time, working over 5 days.
