Job Title - Deputy Manager



Location - Covering 2 services Harborne and 21 Trittiford Road B17 0AN / B13 0ES




Salary - 32,488.27

pa




Contract type - Permanent




Working hours - 35hrs per week - 5 out of 7 days

About the role




The deputy would be required to support residents, staff and manager working alongside the manager to meet our contractual needs supporting each resident to meet their personal outcomes. Supporting with supervisions, audits, care plans to meet both local and CQC requirements


Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.


About you




You will need to have supervisory experience and managing care service to a high standard, you must also have QCF level 3 or equivalent.


You need to demonstrate that you can lead a team and work with the care staff to ensure the residents receive the correct and safe care required, Excellent skills in team building, communications, management and development to achieve team member, service, customer and corporate objectives.
