Sandringham is a Care Home specifically designed to a high standard to meet the expectations of the citizens of Bishop Auckland and surrounding areas in County Durham. With 92 spacious en suite bedrooms, hair salon, a variety of lounges providing a luxurious living experience.

There is an excellent opportunity in our Care Home for those who aspire to "really make a difference" to the lives of older people that have chosen to live in our luxury residential care services.

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Care Home Manager who possesses a genuine commitment to providing high quality residential care within our beautiful new purpose-built care home setting.

Job Requirements

The successful applicant will have a proven track record in leadership in high quality care home services locally, and will be able to demonstrate:-

Registered Nurse Preferred but not essential The ability to lead, support, train and develop people to create a dedicated caring staff team Be able to implement collaborative effective care and social care systems and practices The ability to liaise with all other multi-professional agencies within the local community Oversee the high standard of care and to support and develop Sandringham Care Home to be recognised and rated as Outstanding in every way Will strive to develop Sandringham Care Home to be rated as Outstanding in every way Salary Competitive dependent on experience.
