The role of the Deputy Manager is to support the Registered Manager with the day to day running of all aspects of the home in line with the children's homes regulations 2015.
As a Deputy Manager you will be able to step in to all aspects of the home, role modelling excellent practice and focussing on supporting and developing your team.
You will play a huge part in supporting the manager to embed a trauma informed approach within your home to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children.
This is for a three bedroom EBD home that is currently rated Good in all areas. This role has come along due to progression of the previous deputy into a manager and progression and development is something we will always support and there are great opportunities here.
Your hours will be predominantly weekday, day time, however there will need to be a good degree of flexibility to support the home at other times too when needed including evenings and weekends.

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
