Deputy Childrens Home Manager - EBD

Location: Maiden Bradley, Wiltshire

Salary: From 33,664 - 34,881 per annum PLUS additional sleep in payments.

Full UK Drivers licence is essential

As a Deputy Manager, you will be an integral part of our

welcoming and knowledgeable leadership team

, part of a region of 17 children's homes, with the backing of a growing, national organisation. You will be supporting young people aged 8 - 18 in our lovely 4 bed home located in a beautiful area of Wiltshire, close to Frome and Warminster.


As a Deputy Manager at Keys Group you will be actively

to manage the home when needed.

Requirements

2 years' experience working within a Residential Children's home either as a Senior or at Deputy level. NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures. Experience with budgets and rotas A full UK driving licence
