You will be working under the Registered Manager to help lead a high quality, safe and nurturing home for Children.

We are a passionate, family run service with over 25 years collective experience working with Children, Young People and Vulnerable Adults services across the Gloucestershire Area. Qualifications



Level 3/4 NVQ in Health and Social Care - Children

Desirable



Level 5 Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care Health and Social Care degree or equivalent

Desirable Experience:



Relevant experience of leadership in Health and Social Care, children and young people. Minimum of one years' experience as a senior or deputy manager of a Children's service up to 17 years old Relevant experience of supporting successful Ofsted registered children's homes with good or outstanding ratings Care standards understanding and knowledge, including child protection. Understanding of children's needs from traumatic backgrounds Professionalism in approach, Understanding and deliverance. Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Committed to delivering a high level of care and support for our children and young people.

Pay: 33,000.00-35,000.00 per year
