highly motivated, skilled, and compassionate individual
to support the Registered Manager and help lead the team to deliver outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Registered Manager in the daily running of the home
Lead the team and ensure high standards of care and safeguarding
Step into the Registered Manager's role during their absence
Monitor and improve the quality of care, bringing new ideas to the team
Contribute to a positive, therapeutic environment for children and staff
Take budgetary responsibility when required
What We're Looking For
NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent in line with Children's Homes Regulations)
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or willingness to work towards it)
At least
1 year of experience
working with children in the past 5 years
A full UK driving licence
Passionate, committed, and ambitious individual
Strong safeguarding knowledge and child-centred approach
