This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and caring manager to support the home manager in our therapeutic, child-centred home in a brand new 4-bed property in Waterlooville.
We are looking for a deputy manager or experienced senior who can demonstrate empathy, commitment, compassion, and the creativity needed to work with young people with learning disabilities. We want someone who can demonstrate the leadership, patience and resilience required in a role working with vulnerable young people and supporting a staff team.

Pathway Healthcare - Pathway Children's Services
is a new provider of therapeutic residential care for young people of secondary school age with a learning disability and/or autism. Our therapeutic Positive Behaviour Support approach focuses on understanding and addressing the underlying needs of children and young people rather than on their behaviours and challenges.
We want to provide nurturing, supportive homes where both young people and staff can develop, grow, and have fun along the way.
The successful candidate will support young people and staff to grow and develop to their full potential.
The role requires:
At least QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent and the willingness to study for the level 5 diploma in leadership and management for residential childcare.
Previous experince of working with people with learning disabilites and behaviours that challenge
A thorough understanding and knowledge of relevant legislation and regulation
A willingness and ability to cover on-call duties and work flexibly as required
