33,600 - 34,800 + additional 3250 - 6500 per year for sleep in's

, you'll lead by example--mentoring your team, supporting the Home Manager, and ensuring every young person receives the care and guidance they need.


You'll work in our welcoming home in

Letchworth

, supporting up to

five young people aged 11-17

Requirements

2 + years' experience working within a Residential Children's home at a Senior or Deputy level. NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People minimum Knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures. Experience with budgets and rotas A full UK driving licence
