Job Description
We have a great opportunity available for the right candidate to become the Deputy Manager in our 4 bed Children's Home in Seven Sisters, Neath.
The home will provide residential childcare for 8 to 17 year olds, with emotional and behavioural difficulties. The candidate will ensure the home is operated in line with company policies and procedures, and will be responsible for the young people and the staff working at the home in the absence of the home manager.
Personal Specification:
Have a QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent as set out by Social Care Wales Full Driving License (manual) At least 2 years' experience in children's residential care Flexibility with working hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and sleeping in shifts.

With sleeping in shifts, the minimum earnings are40,000
