What You'll Be Doing
Take the Lead
Oversee daily operations and ensure the home runs smoothly
Set High Standards
Maintain and improve care, safeguarding, and compliance practices
Develop Your Team
Support and guide staff through supervision, training, and role modelling
Create Real Change
Implement effective care plans and help young people build brighter futures
Stay on Top of Admin
Update risk assessments, complete reports, and liaise with professionals
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
NVQ Level 4 in Children, Young People, and Families (or equivalent)
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care for Children and Young People (considered with significant experience)
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role in a children's residential setting
Proven experience in safeguarding, compliance, and managing complex behaviours
Key Requirements:
Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle
Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
