Who we are looking for...

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Deputy Manager

who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career within a progressive and therapeutic residential setting. You'll have a passion for working with young people, be resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You'll also:


Have strong leadership and supervision experience Be confident with safeguarding responsibilities and Ofsted requirements Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing Be qualified to at least

Level 3 in Residential Child Care (or SCQF Level 7)

Hold a

full UK Driving Licence

Be willing to work on a rota that includes 24-hour shifts and sleep-ins ?
