Working alongside a highly experienced Registered Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading a strong, motivated team, creating a safe and nurturing environment, and ensuring the very best outcomes for young people.
? What We're Looking For
? Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People's Workforce (or equivalent)
? Experience as a Deputy, Assistant Manager, or Senior RSW in an Ofsted-regulated children's home
? Strong knowledge of safeguarding, childcare legislation, and leadership responsibilities
?
Full UK Manual Driving Licence (essential)
? Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and confident IT skills
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to the staff team
Oversee rota management, supervisions, audits, and contribute to recruitment
Work in partnership with education and therapeutic professionals to deliver holistic support
Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, external agencies, and Ofsted
Embed a culture of high expectations, reflective practice, and continuous improvement
