Deputy Childrens home Manager - EBD

Location: Maiden Bradley, Wiltshire

Salary: From 33,664 - 34,881 per annum PLUS additional sleep in payments.

Full time hours working shifts and office days with occasional sleep ins

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy therapeutic Manager or a qualified Senior Children's Support worker to join our lovely Children's home set in large grounds in a beautiful area of Wiltshire, close to Trowbridge, Frome and Warminster

What do you need?

A minimum of 3 years' experience working within Childrens residential care.

NVQ Level 3 or 4 in children's residential workforce.

Related knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures. Highly driven, proactive and enthusiastic. A strong people manager with a hands on approach. Experience of budgets and rota's. Full driving licence is essential. You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins
