Children's Home Deputy Manager - Gloucester - Within Reach Services

Deputy Manager Required (solo - multibed) - Earnings up to 33,000

Solo placement to multibed depending on vacancy availability

Salary range:

30,000 - 33,000

Working hours:

40 hours per week predominantly during Monday to Friday 9-5 with some requirement to work weekends. You will also have on-call duties.

Requirements:

Experience in supporting people with complex needs and experienced in line managing staff teams. Have (or be working towards) a Level 3,4 or 5 Diploma.

You would support the registered manager, line manager, two team leaders, and a team of support workers. We will provide a full job description on application.
