As a Deputy Manager, you will have had a number of years' experience in care and have NVQ qualifications, or

Roles and Responsibilities:

Creating care plans Looking after their team members and ensure that they are encouraged and advanced in their careers. Liaising with professionals in connection with the Home Managing rotas Ensuring that our residents are looked after in a loving, professional and emphatic manner, whilst also ensuring we are meeting all our regulatory requirements Providing personal care and other general assistance to our residents, some who may have mobility issues, or memory loss for example. Ensuring Activities and Trips are taking place and are encouraged Ensuring that the hospitality for our residents and visitors is delivered in an appropriate manner, including assisting with modified diets where applicable Recording into care plans and daily care records using our electronic care systems Medication Managing handovers between shifts

Salary:

17.57 per hour

Hours: 42 hours per week, based on a 8pm - 8am, 3 shifts on and 3 shifts off over a 6-week rota.
