Key Responsibilities
Audit, implement, and monitor individualised care plans for service users, ensuring they meet their physical, emotional, and social needs.
Supervise and manage care assessors, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of care are maintained
Conduct regular audits of care plans and service reviews, adjusting care plans as necessary.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices, including medication administration audit.
Foster a positive environment that promotes dignity, respect, and independence among residents.
Liaising with family members, care professionals, social workers, and service users themselves to ensure a holistic and transparent care provision.
Monitor, report, and investigate risks and events of safeguarding concern or harm, and ensure processes are in place to mitigate and/or avoid these risks
Ensuring that administrative records, such as daily care notes, medication charts, and meeting notes, are up to date and audited as required.
Participate in weekly out-of-hours as backup manager.
Qualifications and Experience
UK-registered nurse with at least two years of work experience in the UK.
Two years UK work experience as a Social Worker with a valid UK membership
Minimum qualification QFC/NVQ Level 3 and willingness to complete a Level 5.
