Deputy Home Manager - Trinity Lodge, Binley



Salary:

34,000 per year

Hours:

37.5 per week (Monday - Friday)


Trinity Lodge in Binley is seeking a dedicated and motivated professional to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for an experienced Team Leader ready to take the next step in their career, or a Deputy Home Manager with a strong understanding of care settings and the needs of older people.


As a key member of our management team, you will:


Ensure the delivery of high-quality care in line with best practice standards. Apply your knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults. Lead on regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance and excellence. Support and inspire staff to provide person-centred, compassionate care.

What we're looking for:


A customer-focused individual committed to exceptional care. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards. Previous management or supervisory experience in a care setting.
