An established care provider in the Dartford area is seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day leadership and clinical governance of a well-run care service. Key Responsibilities:
Support the Home Manager with the overall management and clinical oversight of the service.
Ensure high standards of clinical care, medication management, and compliance are consistently maintained.
Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care teams to deliver safe, person-centred care.
Contribute to audits, care planning, and quality assurance processes in line with CQC standards.
Act as a positive role model, promoting best practice and professional development across the team.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC PIN.
Proven experience as a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager within a care or nursing home setting.
Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
Confident leadership skills with the ability to support, motivate, and develop teams.
Excellent communication, organisational, and clinical decision-making skills.
Pay & Benefits:
Salary between 50,000 - 58,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Full-time, permanent position.
