We're Hiring: Deputy Manager (Early Years Education 2-5)

Ladybird Kindergarten | Term-time only | 15/hr
Start: September 2025 | Permanent, Part-time (Mon-Fri)

Are you a passionate, creative and experienced early years educator? Join our warm, enthusiastic team at Ladybird Kindergarten as our Deputy Manager!

What You'll Do:

Support and deliver a safe, engaging learning environment for preschoolers Lead the team daily and step up in the Manager's absence Implement pre-school policies and fulfil legal and statutory requirements Plan and implement a fun, inclusive EYFS curriculum Build strong bonds with families and staff

What You Bring:

Level 3+ early years qualification
Great team spirit, leadership skills & a passion for child development
Safeguarding Level 3 & enhanced DBS
SEND experience is a bonus!

Licence/Certification:

Level 3 or above qualification working with young children (required) SEND experience would be an advantage. (preferred)
