We Are Hiring: Deputy Manager / Team Leader (Progression to Registered Manager)
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager or Team Leader who is ready to step into the role of Registered Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about leadership and committed to delivering high standards of care and compliance within a supported accommodation or children's residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service
Lead and support staff teams to deliver person-centred care
Ensure the service remains fully compliant with Ofsted regulations and all relevant standards
Drive continuous improvement and promote positive outcomes for young people
Take a proactive role in audits, inspections, and staff development
Ideal Candidate:
Experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior Support Worker/Team Leader in a regulated care setting
Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks and regulatory compliance
NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent); Level 5 or willingness to work towards it
Confident, motivated, and ready to take on a leadership role
