Inflata Nation, the UK's Largest Indoor Inflatable Theme Park is recruiting a Part Time Deputy Manager to join our ever growing Team! The role will be situated in a fast paced, challenging, and fun environment. It will be customer facing, with physical demands at times. The role will require a confident, outgoing individual who can represent the company in the upmost manner. Inflata Nation is a family friendly business, who puts the customer first. Moreover, it is a fun and enjoyable environment, which must be shown by the Managers and all employees. As the Deputy Manager, it is your duty to; maintain a safe working environment, attend to any injuries or issues, oversee the daily sales, manage all Team Member, ensure repeat custom is achieved.

Hours

Full Time (40 Hours) Including Evenings, Weekends and School Holidays



The position will consist of:

To complete Staffing Rota's in accordance with budgeted staffing hours

Cash up daily

Manage Till System (Epos Now)

Monitor Team Members cash handling

Team Member Training

Upselling

Handling Customer Issues

First Aid

Complete Record of Discussions, Investigations, and Disciplinarians

Stock Take/ Ordering

Health and Safety Check sheets

Customer Interaction
