Provide clear guidance, encouragement, and support to help the team grow. Support the General Manager and work together to create and deliver our vision Maintain consistency in standards and procedures Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where guests feel comfortable and valued.

We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, sport or to join us for a great night out. Each venue is different and has its own unique identity, and this is something we celebrate in our teams too. We need our team to engage confidently with our guests, have a passion for great beer, cocktails, and sport. If its live it's on, and we are the place to watch it. Situated in the heart of Islington, close to both Highbury & Angel rail and tube links. We are a traditional pub serving up delicious food that caters to any guest taste. It is the perfect place for visitors to enjoy some food and drinks whilst enjoying the views across the Islington Green. By day the pub is family friendly, offering kids meals and child-friendly drink options; by night the music is turned up as the venue gets livelier, making it the perfect spot for all occasions.
