At First Steps Nursery, we are a small, community-focused setting where children, families, and staff are truly valued. We believe learning extends far beyond the nursery walls and place a strong emphasis on outdoor exploration and real-life experiences.
Our children regularly explore the local area, including Hollingworth Lake, parks, libraries, canals, and nearby woodlands, supporting curiosity, confidence, and a love for the natural world.
We are a close-knit team, including several long-standing practitioners, and pride ourselves on an open, honest, and supportive culture that nurtures both children and staff.
