Among the very the best bars in the City of London, The Hydrant serves up great food, craft beer, wine - and a stunning view of The Monument to the Fire of London.

Wage range based on experience plus a base salary rate plus an average of TRONC over the last 6 weeks

Start date in mid to late July due to internal progression.

You will be working alongside the General Manager to ensure the success of the pub and simultaneously learn the skills behind running a business. With Fuller's support, this puts you on the road to progressing your career further into a General Manager role.
