Hours

: 38 hours per week

Shifts

: Between 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Location

: Cheadle

Contract

: Maternity cover, with the

possibility of an extended contract

for the right candidate

About the Role:

As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the highest standards of care, education, and safeguarding for all our children. You'll support the team in daily operations, lead by example, and help create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

What We're Looking For:

A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Early Years
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a nursery setting
A sound understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety
Strong organisational, communication and team-leading skills
A warm, enthusiastic and proactive approach to childcare
