Summary

We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our team at Paper Moon Nurseries in Gamston. This role is vital in supporting our mission to deliver high-quality childcare and ensuring the smooth operation of our nurseries in line with our values of trust and excellence.

Responsibilities

Assist the Nursery Manager in overseeing daily operations of the nursery. Support staff management and ensure high standards of childcare. Contribute to creating a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment for children. Help implement policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards. Support staff training and development initiatives. Maintain effective communication with parents and external agencies. Assist in managing budgets and resources efficiently. Promote a positive team culture aligned with the company's values.

Qualifications

Proven management experience within early childhood education or childcare setting. Strong leadership and supervising skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for nurseries. Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external partners. Previous experience supporting or assisting in nursery management is preferred. Commitment to providing high-quality childcare services.

Pay: Up to 29,000.00 per year
