Pay

Yearly pay 42,000 (20.19 per hour) to 44,512 (21.40 per hour)

Overnight sleep-ins also may be required (Paid at an additional rate 70 per sleep-in)

.The Forge is a Therapeutic Community working with children who have experienced trauma in their lives. Based in the Nuneaton, North Warwickshire

Shift and Schedule

x2 8 hour office shifts per week, 24 hours a week on rota

Overnight sleep-ins also may be required (Paid at an additional rate 70 per sleep in)

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in children residential care or similar experience is necessary for this role.

A level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent would be essential for this role.

Full UK driving license

Aged 21 or over

Right to work in the UK

Flexibility to work what is needed to ensure the home is compliant with staffing

Comfortable with managing behaviours that challenge
