A modern, new home is looking for a proactive and compassionate Deputy Clinical Home Manager ( Nurse ) to join their leadership team. Based on the beautiful coastline, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse ( RGN / RMN ) seeking a hands-on management role focused on person-centred care and team development.



You'll play a key part in leading nursing and care teams, shaping care delivery, and maintaining high standards across the service. If you're a strong communicator with a clinical background and a passion for driving quality, this could be your next move.

Key Responsibilities

Provide visible nursing leadership across the home Assess individual care needs and create responsive care plans Support staff training and promote best practice Collaborate with families, residents, and external professionals Drive improvements and contribute to a positive care culture

What We're Looking For

Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN with valid NMC pin) Experience with care planning and clinical documentation A confident, forward-thinking leader with a solution-focused mindset Passionate about empowering teams and residents through strong collaboration
