Our Care Home is seeking an experienced and compassionate
Nurse Deputy Manager
to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will support the Home Manager in ensuring the highest standards of nursing, clinical, and personal care for up to 40 service users.
You will act as a role model for best practice, lead the clinical team, and ensure compliance with CQC regulations while promoting a caring and person-centered environment.
Responsibilities
Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
Provide strong clinical leadership to nursing and care staff.
Oversee care plans to ensure they meet residents' individual needs.
Monitor and improve the quality of care delivered.
Ensure compliance with all CQC standards and company policies.
Support in staff training, supervision, and performance reviews.
Requirements
Active NMC Registration (Required)
Previous experience as a
Senior Nurse or Deputy Manager
in a care home setting.
Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Compassionate, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
