Responsibilities
Support the Home Manager in the overall management of the nursing home.
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing and care teams.
Ensure compliance with
CQC regulations
and company policies.
Assist with staff training, supervision, and performance management.
Deliver hands-on nursing care and support when required.
Promote a safe, caring, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
with a valid NMC PIN.
Minimum of
4 years' nursing home experience
.
Proven experience in a leadership or deputy manager role within a nursing home.
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and governance.
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
