We are urgently seeking a
Nurse Deputy Manager
to join our dedicated team at a reputable nursing home. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced nurse looking to take the next step in leadership while still remaining hands-on in clinical care.
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing strong clinical leadership and management support.
Overseeing staff and ensuring delivery of safe, effective, person-centred care.
Supporting the Home Manager in daily operations, compliance, and governance.
Working a mixture of clinical and office-based shifts (mainly days, with the occasional night shift if required).
Being part of the on-call rota.
Requirements:
Qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
Proven experience as a Deputy Manager in a nursing home setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to work flexibly across clinical and office duties.
