Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Deputy Manager &Preschool Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. As the Preschool Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of our students while managing a team of educators.

Duties

Lead and manage the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programmes that promote children's development and learning. Supervise and support staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities. Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and the community to foster positive relationships. Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children to learn and play. Monitor children's progress and maintain accurate records of their development. Drive initiatives that enhance the quality of care and education within the nursery. Be a member of the senior leadership team and be a DSL.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education settings. Ability to manage a team effectively while demonstrating leadership qualities. Knowledge of nursery operations and best practices in early childhood education. Experience working with children, understanding their needs, behaviours, and developmental milestones. A valid driving licence may be required for certain responsibilities related to the role.
