Job Overview

Lead by example, lift the team:

Minimum Criteria To Apply
Experience supervising small to medium-sized teams in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment A proven ability to lead teams to achieve high weekly sales targets Confidence in supporting recruitment, training, and day-to-day team development A strong understanding of store priorities, standards, and customer service expectations

You'll also need to demonstrate:

The ability to prioritise and organise work A strong focus on customer experience Clear and effective communication Team leadership and problem-solving skills Commercial awareness and a drive to deliver results

33,545 FTE 44 hours per week
