, a residential home with nursing support in Cheltenham for up to 30 adults with disabilities
You'll help the home run smoothly, make sure residents get high-quality, person-centred care, and lead a team of nurses and care staff with confidence and care.

Your working hours
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) including the expectation of covering nursing shifts as required.
From 1 December 2025, enhancement rates of 1.00 per hour will apply to night working (8pm Monday - 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday - 7am Monday).
(This does not apply to sleep-ins.)
About the role
As Deputy Manager Registered Nurse, you will:
Support the Service Manager and deputise in their absence
Provide effective leadership, management, and supervision for a team of nurses and care staff
Lead with passion and enthusiasm to ensure a well-run, compliant, and person-centred service
Deliver high standards of nursing, clinical, and personal support
Promote independence, choice, and positive outcomes for residents
Ensure compliance with health and safety and all statutory obligations

What helps you shine here
Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
A level of professional development and registration (may include Level 5 Leadership in Health and Social Care)
Experience managing a team of nursing and care staff
Experience providing direct personal and social care
Experience working with individuals with physical and/or learning disabilities
Flexibility to work rostered hours
We would really love to hear from you if you are a Registered Nurse with great leadership skills and a sound understanding of safeguarding.
