We're seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager. Lead teams, ensure safeguarding, and help deliver high-quality care for children and young people.
Requirements
Level 3 / Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
Experience in residential childcare as Deputy or Team Leader
Strong leadership, safeguarding knowledge & Ofsted awareness
