As a key member of our home's leadership team, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting residents, assessing their needs and promoting their well-being, all while enabling them to continue to live their best lives.
Creating, implementing and auditing person-centered care plans
You will take charge of the home when the manager is unavailable, ensuring that all standards of care are maintained and the home continues to run smoothly and efficiently
Lead your shift with positivity and effectiveness,fostering a warm and supportive environment for both residents and colleagues, assessing and promoting the needs of our elderly residents to enable our residents to live their best life.
Embrace growth and learning, continuously evolving to provide the best possible care and support to our residents.
Monitor residents' care and wellbeing and administer prescribed medicines and document in accordance with company and regulatory policies.
You will possess excellent knowledge of person centred care and ensure respect and dignity is maintained at all times
Coaching and leading a team of nurses and carers to deliver exceptional clinical care.

Hold a valid NMC registration and advanced clinical experience

Computer literate
Experience
Previous experience in deputising or leading a team, with a proven ability to manage staff and maintain high standards of care.
Drive and commitment to provide high quality care and exceed expectations
Experience of Dementia/End of Life care
Experience working with an electronic care planning system, preferably PCS
Experience in the development and implementation of person centered care planning
(Desirable) L5 Leadership and Management qualification, showcasing advanced leadership skills and the ability to manage at a higher level.
