Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to organisational policies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders to enhance collaboration.
Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
Manage various programmes, ensuring they are executed effectively and align with organisational goals.
Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining records.
Identify areas for improvement within operations and implement effective solutions.
Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.
Requirements
Proven experience in a management or supervisory role is essential.
Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational skills.
