We're looking for a motivated, hands-on, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to help lead the team at our vibrant and much-loved pub.
The Role:
As Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, deliver excellent customer service, and help drive the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting and leading both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Delivering outstanding customer service
Assisting with stock control, ordering, and rotas
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
Helping to train, motivate, and support staff
Stepping up to manage shifts when needed
What We're Looking For:
Previous hospitality/bar/restaurant supervisory experience
Confident, approachable, and proactive attitude
Strong leadership and communication skills
Organised and reliable with good attention to detail
Flexible with hours - evenings and weekends required
Passion for pubs, people, and great service
