Job Summary


As a Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of our operations while leading a dynamic team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, implementing security protocols, and fostering an environment of excellence. Your leadership will inspire your team to excel in their roles, while your expertise in law enforcement and conflict management will ensure a secure environment for all.

What you'll do



Supervise and coordinate daily operations to maintain high standards of security and safety. Lead and mentor team members, promoting professional development and teamwork. Conduct surveillance and monitor security systems to identify potential threats or incidents. Respond promptly to emergencies, utilizing first aid and CPR skills as necessary. Prepare detailed reports on incidents, investigations, and operational activities. Ensure compliance with immigration laws and loss prevention strategies. Manage conflict resolution effectively to maintain a harmonious workplace. Oversee animal handling procedures and ensure the well-being of all animals under care.

Basic qualifications



Proven leadership experience in a security or law enforcement setting. Strong report writing skills with attention to detail. Proficient in surveillance techniques and criminal investigation procedures.

Preferred qualifications



Experience in military service or related fields is highly desirable. Knowledge of driving regulations and safe driving practices. Familiarity with animal care protocols and best practices.
