Your Role

As

Deputy Manager

, you'll be a key leader within our nursery -- working closely with the Manager to support your team, uphold our values, and ensure every child receives the very best care and learning experience.

You'll inspire others through your leadership, empathy, and creativity, ensuring that The Den's values shine through in everything we do.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the Nursery Manager with leadership, mentoring, and day-to-day operations. Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can flourish. Inspiring and guiding your team to deliver outstanding care and learning experiences. Building strong partnerships with parents and carers, ensuring they feel informed and supported. Upholding the highest standards in safeguarding, health and safety, and compliance. Driving continuous improvement through reflection, innovation, and teamwork.
About You

You're a passionate early years professional who leads with warmth, integrity, and purpose.

You'll bring:

A

Level 3 or above

qualification in Early Years Childcare. Experience in a

senior or leadership

role within an early years setting. Strong knowledge of the

EYFS

and Ofsted frameworks. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A genuine love for supporting both children and colleagues to be their best selves.
