What you will do:
Lead, inspire, and support a team delivering
high-quality, person-centred care
Ensure
full compliance with CQC regulations
, safeguarding, and Health & Social Care standards
Take ownership of recruitment, induction, training, and ongoing staff development
Oversee care plans, risk assessments, budgets, and staff rotas to ensure smooth, safe operations
Promote independence, dignity, and inclusion for the people we support
Build strong relationships with families, health professionals, and the wider community
Prepare for and lead CQC inspections, helping the service achieve excellence
Who we're looking for:
Experience in care leadership (Deputy Manager or similar)
