Deputy Manager - Early Years

We are looking for a Deputy Manager who can bring passion, creativity and a sprinkle of fun to our nursery team.

Our nursery is a place where children are encouraged to explore, enjoy Forest School and an enhanced curriculum, play and grow into confident learners. With a supportive, experienced team and a family feel, we make every day an adventure filled with laughter, curiosity and discovery.

Your role

As Deputy Manager, you will be at the heart of our nursery - working alongside the Manager to inspire the team, nurture the children and make sure the setting runs smoothly. You will step into the lead when needed, support staff development, and ensure our little ones have the very best start in life.

Who we are looking for

someone who is Level 3 (or above) qualified in Early Years a natural leader who thrives on teamwork and positivity confident with EYFS and passionate about playful, child-led learning creative, organised and ready to make a difference

Pay: 35,500.00-37,500.00 per year
