What You'll Be Doing



Running the Home Day to Day

- ensure safe, structured care and compliance with all standards

Leading the Team

- motivate, mentor and develop staff

Championing Quality Care

- oversee care plans and therapeutic approaches

Managing Safeguarding & Reporting

- take ownership of risk assessments and communication with professionals

Driving Positive Change

- help young people heal, grow, and move forward with their lives

What You'll Need



NVQ Level 4

in Children, Young People, and Families (or equivalent)

At least 2 years

in a supervisory or leadership role in a children's residential home

Strong understanding

of safeguarding, therapeutic care, and regulatory compliance A

full UK driving licence

and access to a personal vehicle A genuine passion for improving outcomes for vulnerable young people
