Summary

We are seeking an inspirational, dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at Pathways Nurseries & Childcare Centres Ltd . This role is vital in supporting our mission by ensuring that every child experiences exceptional care and learning opportunities. The Deputy Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive environment for both children and staff.

Responsibilities

Assist the Nursery Manager in the daily operations of the nursery. Support staff in delivering high-quality educational programs. Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. Monitor children's development and maintain accurate records. Lead by example to promote a positive team culture. Participate in staff training and development initiatives. Contribute to the continuous improvement of nursery practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience in management within a childcare setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or childcare minimum Level 3 Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children and parents. Experience working directly with children in a nursery or similar environment. Knowledge of safeguarding practices and regulations. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay: 28,080.00-32,240.00 per year
